According to Rhumb Lines management, the new restaurant will be a side project for the couple who will operate it alongside friends who recently moved to the island from the States.
This is one of my dream scenarios. It cannot be easy but partnering with a proven success story seems like a good way to go. Hope to be able to check it out soon.

I hope they meet their mid-March date to open. We will be staying in Coral Bay the last week of March and would love to give it a try. Of course, I have learned that get done in Island Time regardless of what the calendar says... :)
