This is one of my dream scenarios. It cannot be easy but partnering with a proven success story seems like a good way to go. Hope to be able to check it out soon.According to Rhumb Lines management, the new restaurant will be a side project for the couple who will operate it alongside friends who recently moved to the island from the States.

I hope they meet their mid-March date to open. We will be staying in Coral Bay the last week of March and would love to give it a try. Of course, I have learned that get done in Island Time regardless of what the calendar says...
