Pool looks great! Can't wait to take an evening swim over looking the harbor (booked for next May).

Pia, I did see you and Les, but was not able to say hello. So, hello! I had my crowd from NC visiting. That is us in the first pic. Seagrape was gracious enough to let us crash the party.

And Seagrape, they loved your villa. Thanks also for the complements for the bbq. It was great seeing you all.

Rick - The BBQ went so fast there was no time for pictures. Puddlejumper cooked up some lean and mean pork...

LOL, thanks! It's the mother in me...I could see the 12 year old pushing the chair back over the edge...Yikes. You have a beautiful villa with an unreal veiw!!!
