Hey Arkie,
My wife and I stayed at La Dolce Vita in May '07.
At that time they only had the studio for rent. It was small, but very nice for two people. Looks like they've completed the stairs and deck down to the water. That will be great! There is some excellent snorkeling in the water right below the house. They had just started building the stairs when we were there.
Dorothy, the owner is extremely nice! Very easy to work with, and was able to answer any questions we had. I never saw the other bedroom, that is offered now. However, the deck that connects that room and the studio, is amazing. The views are breathtaking. Perfect for early morning breakfast, or reading a book in the afternoon.
We really enjoyed staying on the Coral Bay side of the island. The drive to Cruz and the beaches is not bad. We loved being a little further from the business. Coral Bay has a lot of wonderful restaraunts and stores. Shipwreck Landing is our favorite, and is only a few minutes from La Dolce.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Hope you enjoy it!
