Day Sail Suggestions?

Post by maxrtkc »

Does anyone have any day sail suggestions from St. Thomas or St. John's? I am looking for a sail that caters to smaller groups.

I chose to go with Capt. Phil of Wayward Sailor:

Capt. Phil Chalker
www.waywardsailor.net
(340)473.9705
P.O. Box 37, St. John, VI 00831

but you may want to try these:

Catamaran - Noshooz (http://www.bestdaycharters.com/) Max 6 guests Josh@BestDayCharters.com

Oh Be Joyful Sailing - http://www.ohbejoyfulsailing.com/objhome.html (groups of 6 - 14)

Happy Hour Day Sails - http://www.sailhappyhour.com/index.htm (groups of 2 - 18 ) - info@sailhappyhour.com

White Wing - http://www.connectionsstjohn.com/Whitewing.htm Capt. Clark's cell # is a better way to get in contact with him: 340-514-6906

Breath - http://sailbreath.com/ - up to 12 people

Hope this helps! :D

I would recommend the Scubadu. We have been sailing with him for the past 3 years and it is always the high light of our trip. Check out www.sailvi.com. You definitely can't go wrong with Captain Joe!

We also went on daysails with Joe Mellon on Scubadu. We have done it twice and both times it was a highlight of our trip!

My children had a great time on Scubadu. They enjoyed sailing and snorkeling.

Joe is very laid back and helps make it a very relaxing day.
