Villa Paulette

Post by cjroyer »

I'm startng to get serious in my planning of our third trip to St John for November 09. At this point, there will be 6 couples going so pickings a little on the slim side. We had 5 couples last year and stayed at Ristaba which was great. Since there is one more couple than last year, we need 6 bedrooms with 6 full baths. Has anyone stayed at Villa Paulette recently. It looks very nice and is very reasonable in price. I'd like to stay under $7,000/wk.
I'd be willing to try the Coral Bay side this time too so any help would be great.

Thanks....

There's a new house that's being remodeled out in Coral Bay that's going to have six bedrooms when it's done in April.

The web site is http://www.ourrentalparadise.com/st-john-3br.php

I don't know how many bathrooms it will have though.

Thanks LuLu! I'll keep an eye on it to see if they update the website.

I talked to Pat at their office the other day, and she said they started out remodeling, and basically decided to just start over and it was going to be really great!

If you do rent Villa Paulette, I'd suggest that you do so through Caribe Havens, as I think that they are the managing agent for that property.

Villa Paulette was on our short list for a trip this spring. Be aware that it does not have a big view of the water -- that appears to be the only downside to it. Otherwise, it looks like you get a lot of house for the money.
