Ms. Hanna Goes to Washington
Anxiously awaiting Hanna's arrival here in Connecticut. I believe she is dumping rain on the southwestern portion of the state at the moment (we're in mid-state, western section). We've had a bleak and extremely humid day. The deck furniture is secured, the potted plants are in the garage and the flashlights and batteries are ready.
Predictions are for an exciting evening/night and a sunny day tomorrow. Hope they're right!!

Mudcats? We got Muddogs up here!
Down the creek, our little trickle that you can step across is now 45 feet wide - Pimmit Run, the creek that runs next to the George H. W. Bush Center for National Intelligence:

Muddog Gus says "Where'd my walkin' trail go?"

It looks like most of the show is over here. The power is still on! That's better than average for a thunderstorm around here!
Cheers, RickG
