OK, that map really helped.

So, you turn left after the dumpster, take it around a little bit (it seems a little further than it looked on that Jeep cam) and then there is the villa.

Everyone talks about how crowded it is up there with villas, but it doesn't seem any worse than Maria Bluff was, and we still felt isolated there.

Well, until the people in the villa behind us arrived on Thursday and listened to non-stop Bob Marley for the rest of our trip.

But hey, who doesn't want to listen to "Could this be Love" every time they get out of their Jeep? It's da islands, mon.

Petepie and Jimm- It is fairly easy to consolidate our maps into one and re-post it as one google map. I'd be glad to help do this if you would like me to.

There's two basic ways to do this, you either download my locations to your computer and consolidate yourself, or provide your locations via file or link and I can consolidate and re-post.

Here's the basic steps if you want me to consolidate-

1) Get all your villa locations into one folder in your Google Earth "My Places".

2) Save all these locations as one kmz file by highlighting the folder then going to "File/Save/Save place as" and saving the file on your hard drive as a kmz file.
3) Then you can post your kmz file in Google Earth community so others can use it and/or download it.
4) Once you have all your locations in one folder and are able to export the kmz file...you are ready to start sharing with others...

Feel free to PM me and I can give you my email address and help further if needed. You could just email me your kmz file and I could integrate it with mine and then re-post to Google Earth...
Thanks-
Sherb

OK, excuse me in advance for being ignorant, but I have never stayed in this area before.

Can someone tell me on this picture from On-Stjohn.com, which one is Tesseract? I am having trouble figuring it out.

I wish....that is the one drawback of using Google Earth....sometimes a cloud covers what you want to see...it's always something, isn't it.

Sometimes I use other maps when I want to see something "Obscured by Clouds" on GE....hey isn't that a Pink Floyd album....

Flash earth and Wikimapia are my alternate map choices...

The flash earth one is great! I've never seen that before, but the image of Virgin Grand Estates is the best I've seen yet. Villa South Palm isn't under clouds!!

Hooray!! Finally, collaboration accomplished!

Jimm sent me his kmz file with additional viilas and I have integrated them into my file and re-posted on Google Earth community.

Thanks Jimm :)

If there is anyone else who wants to add their villa placemarks let me know...thanks.
