Take a guess?

Post by JT »

Not trying to hone in on the much loved TGIF gig, but had a couple of moments to post a pic and thought it might be cool to start a "guess where" thread. Any takers?

Yes, that is looking at Little Lameshur. Has anyone ever checked out the ruins? I've never walked up there.

JT, this is a great thread idea! Maybe others could post mystery locations on it as the pictures are figured out? I'm going to check my flickr to see if I have anything mysterious.

The ruins are cool with a couple of enormous copper kettles still in place. There used to be an intact roof with stairs up there, but I don't recall seeing that in March. But, there were 100+ people there due to the North Swell and I did not take a close look.

This one might be too easy, but I thought it was a good Friday picture:

Boy, Someone will have to make the next one is a little tougher. Yes, It's Little Lameshur taken from the Yawzi Point Trail. For those who have never taken that hike, it's easy, with loads of wildlife, especially early in the a.m.

JT--
Your second picture is Great Lameshur from Yawzi, since no one's responded to that one yet....one of the views I've always dreamed of when I'm homesick !
