Anyone been to Innisfree on Gifft Hill?
Need some info on Innisfree. 3 bedrooms in a main house and also 2 guest cottages on the property.
We're thinking of it for next spring. Can't wait, actually.
I think it's pretty new on the rental market, because it's not listed very much. Found it on http://www.stjohnvillarental.com.
Gifft Hill, so it seems close enought to Cruz Bay.
Has anyone heard of it?
Anyone stayed there or driven by it?

I will be rooting for the beloved Patriots again next year.
Silly,
We're looking at this place for a future trip - 4 couples, 3 of which have kids and the oldest will be 6 at the time. I'd love some feedback on the layout and how it might work for a group like ours. Obviously, parents want to be close to kids for sleeping, pool access is a concern, room for little ones to play and not be totally under foot. Are all the bedrooms air conditioned or only some? I see they're planning on adding 2 bedrooms, do you know where those will be? Is there ample parking for a bunch of cars? What are the windows like (no screens, just screens, "regular" windowns that can be closed and locked)?
Thanks!
