construction noise from Calabash Boom project?

We're thinking of renting a villa on Friis Bay, and I was wondering whether the Calabash Boom project is a problem (noise-wise) for villas in that area?

The site was very active a couple weeks ago. We were right up the hill from the site ( a ways up) and could certainly hear what was going on. They knocked off at about 3:30 most days.

If you are south of the site a bit (toward Lucy's for the directionally challenged) I would think noise would be very minimal given the prevailing trades.

Thanks, Billy! I think it's on the far side of Friis Bay, so it sounds like it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
