Getting to The Baths on a day trip???

Post by Lumiere »

On our first trip we did an all day tour that included the baths. It was wonderful, but we wish to stay there more than an hour or so; like the entire day. Can anyone please suggest transportation for such a day trip?

TIA!

Capt. John Brandi with Palm Tree Charters (www.palmtreecharters.com) has a fast boat. He's a good captain and his boat is in excellent condition. By booking your own charter, you decide where you want to go and how long you want to spend at a particular place. Give him a call or an email. Either he or his wife, Sue, will get back to you with details. We've used them three times, and you won't be disappointed. Have fun!

Take the ferry to Virgin Gorda. You don't get "all day," but you do get longer than a stop on a day sail.

I agree that the ferry may be a good option for you. It's the least expensive way to get to VG while giving you the most time on the island. You're also able to move about on your own rather than as part of a group. A possible catch is that the STJ-VG ferry only runs on Thursday and Sunday.
