Does a painkiller negate the workout? :roll:

They had Dole Pineapple Orange juice on sale and I had some coco lopez in the fridge, so I decided that I would reward myself wih a post workout painkiller.

I would work out every day if that is my reward.

Think of it this way.........workout and painkiller or just painkiller. You're ahead of the game. Enjoy the reward. Cheers, Ali~

LOL X! I always hate how it scolds me if I've went too long without a workout or gained a pound!
