Southern Cross villa

Has anyone stayed at this villa? Travel time would be the middle of June. It is on my short list. Any pros/cons???

We've catered there several times. Great place owned by Chris & Rich of the Lime Inn.

Pros: Kid friendly, sweet view, very breezy, close to town, open kitchen w/ big counters

Cons: Construction in the area (2 villas and Pond Bay), very breezy, road is mildly bumpy, older (but well-maintained) house

Overall, a really cool spot. Good luck!
