Has anyone stayed at Blue Palm in Coral Bay? Or perhaps have any info on it? Thanks!

I haven't heard anything about this villa, but it looks fabulous for the price! I'd snag it!

I have been in this house before it was decorated as it is brand new - looks nice now everything is finished - and looked nice before :) Price seems good :)

Thanks beachluvers and pia...I was thinking the price was almost too good..it made me wonder why they were asking so little (compared to other villas with pools)
Pia, do you know if the villa is managed by a company on St. John? Thanks!

Blue Palm looks really great. I hope to check it out in June when I'm on island. The rates are usually low when a villa is new. After they have built up their clientel and after the first year or two the rates will go up. It looks like the owners are trying to rent this out on their own. I haven't seen this villa handled by any local agent. They can keep the cost down doing this also. The only down side of renting a brand new villa is that sometimes the 'extras' aren't there yet. i.e. the kitchen may not have all the do-das that you might like to see but the up side is that the furnishings are all clean new. I say, "Go for it!".
