Blind Betty's Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

I'm looking for different ways to use this yummy jelly. Anyone use it as an ingredient in a favorite recipe.. :D

This one's real simple, but good. Pour it over cream cheese and serve with crackers. (You probably knew about that one, though.)

Try it over bacon. Uhhmmm bacon.

I take wonton wrappers and press them into a mini muffin pan and bake them until they are just brown. 10 min or so.
Place a small piece of brie in them and top with the jelly and bake until the brie is slightly melted.

Or
Cover the top of a wheel of brie generously with the jelly. Wrap in puff pasty and bake until party is browned. serve with green apple slices.
