Wii Fit

Post by Xislandgirl »

Does anyone have any connections? I really want this and I refuse to pay double on Ebay or with some of Amazon's sellers.

I am signed up with all thealerts and I always just miss it.

I'd like to have one of those too! But I haven't really looked into them, so I'll keep my eye on this thread! :)

We watched a four year old at a pretty wild party on Saturday night beating the crap out of all-comers in the boxing game. It was pretty funny. I don't think we've turned on our XBox 360 in a month.

Since we bought the Wii, every afternoon I box 6 rounds, play 3 games of tennis, play a 3 inning baseball game, and golf 9 holes. We have had it for 2 months and I am addicted.
I really think that I would get more than my $$$ worth with the Fit, I just need to find one!

We don't have the WII fit yet but our friends do and love it. She stalked best buy weekly until she hit it at the right time.

I have the regular WII and I'll give you one tip: Don't attempt doubles in tennis with small children and a dog around ... that is a recipe for disaster. I'm just saying.

I am seriously considering getting a Wii, which surprises me. I keep hearing how much fun it is.

Anyone have experience with the yoga game/program? I hear it is a bit hard.

I felt about WII the way I felt about TIVO when it first came out..."What a waste of money!" Now both are two of my favorite things ;)

I am NOT a video game girl but I love it.

The yoga is on the hard side to me. I am sort of a moderately skilled at yoga - no headstands or anything but I can do a mean downward dog.

Add a ceiling fan above your head to that situation and its a recipe for disaster +1

We have the Wii Fit. It's fun. I LOOOOVE the hoola hooping! Quick, fast cardio and waist work! Currently, I'm into the Wii Rock Band. I play the drums while the little man sings and Honey or sister plays the guitar. Now that's FUN!

I like my wii too--I don't play it often because I usually forget that it is there, but my niece and nephew use it every weekend. I am terrible at the golf game, good at the bowling, baseball, and tennis.

X, I don't know if this is the case at the stores in your area, but at the Boston Best Buy the wiis are in the back. You have to ask for one, and then they bring it to the register for you. I've seen people carrying out the wii fit from there on a pretty regular basis.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

Good things come to those that wait. I just got a text on my phone that Buy.com has them in stock so I placed my order and now I just wait to make sure that they don't cancel it.

Hey X! I live right by Buy.com. Can I pick it up for you or help you out some way in getting your hands on it?

Thanks for the offer, I am just crossing my fingers since the site said that quantities are limited and if it goes out of stock before my order is processed then it may be cancelled.
