Anyone stay at Reef Madness?

Toying with the idea of staying in Coral Bay area this trip...Reef Madness has caught my eye. Anyone ever stay there?

Reef Madness is a great house. I can't think of any negatives if you want to stay on the Coral Bay side.
We loved it.
