Stone Terrace - Open or Closed?

Post by SheilaW1 »

We wil be on St. John the last week in July and read on another website that the Stone Terrace was closed. Is it - will it reopen by end of July? I trust those on this forum for the right info
:)
Thanks -

Not quite the same thing, but the chef that was at Stone Terrace is going to have a restaurant in the space that was Tage. I'm not sure when the official opening is scheduled for, but I believe I read there are plans for a soft opening in July.

Sorry to our loyal patrons but the Stone Terrace is closed until it is sold. Our chef, Walter Hinds, will open up "Hinds Restaurant" (at the Tage building) some time in July. Good Luck, Walter!

It's on your right as you come down off centerline into town just after the school.

I would have like the name "Hinds' Site" but I'm cheesy.

Mat, I must be cheesy also, because I think that's a GREAT name!

I agree...I think we should petition for name change. :)
I am excited to hear about the new restaurant. I never made it to Stone Terrace and was planning on it this fall so at least I can have the next best thing.

Ruth, I also wanted to thank you for posting the restaurant closings as we literally booked our trip around it this year. The last few fall trips we took we ended up leaving the day many opened back up. Not this time! :)
