I believe they are juvenile Yellowtail Damselfish. They are more neon blue when they are young. They become kind of brownish when fully grown.

Very nice, all of the pictures!
Yes, they are juvenile yellowtail damselfish. I love finding them but I find it hard to get a good picture--they are always twisting around. Nice job, Pickle!
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
