Day Three Mid-trip report !

Hello Forum,
This is one of the best trips ever, STJ in June. Weather is perfect and everbody is laughing and smileing. We had a killer early dinner at Sweet Plantains,the sun was not quite down and Coral Bay was so beautiful. Get to STJ asap that's my thought for you all. :D

Sounds like you and Eileen are having a GREAT time, we are so jealous..haha.
Any recommendations for a "must-have" dish at Sweet Plantains?

Aaagh Gene, if only I could take your advice ("Get to STJ asap that's my thought for you all".) I'm sure that everybody's smiling :D because your smile is so contagious. I hope your trip continues as one of the best ever for you and your family. Enjoy!! Ali~
