Something is not right with Tesseract - I looked at it this morning. I believe it's booked during our time and only has one bed with A/C.

What about Sago Palms though? I think it's gotten really good reviews.

Try Cloud Nine, I just stayed there and I was very happy with it, pool, hot tub, awesome view. The price was good too!

we love cloud nine but doesn't work for three couples since 3rd bedroom is either open loft with ladder access or alcove in great room. our grandkids loved loft but its a bummer for adults. we were there in oct 05 and ac cooled gkids in loft.

treasure ridge is very nice moderm well equipped villa and enjoyed dec stay there with another couple. super covered front porch with great views from stt around to outer fish bay on east including g cruz bay, choc hole, hart, and klien bays. negs 3rd bedroom on lower level is small, 2 equal masters on main level open to foyer and no views from, no hot tub and no ac in great room which would probably matter for west facing villa in october but was not an issue in dec. there is also a villas still under construction right next door. probably be doing inside finish this fall which reduces noise with the exception of the normal constant high pitched whine of a router.

Arco Iris is right on the south shore road (maybe 30-50 feet), but it looked nice from the road.
