Hello! Still trying to decide on a villa for our July trip. FIRST trip to St John! We are all so excited! Anyone have any thoughts or past experiences with Sunset Point Villa?

I stayed there in May 04 through Carefree Getaways. I thought it was sold and taken off the rental market, is it back on?
The house was nice, nothing fancy, but adequate. The only negative thing I can mention is the beautiful view of Cruz Bay and St Thomas was partially ruined by powerlines.

It appears to be back on. Listed through stjohnhouserentals. Is the pool adequate for two kids? Looks a little small, but thought it might do. Was looking forward to the view, sad to hear about the powerlines. Thanks for the info!!!!

It would be fine for 2 kids, but it's not a large pool. If you PM me your email address I can email you a few pictures.
