So, I'm putting a plan together and figuring that I would take one night's worth of Filet Mingons down there to minimize required on-island shopping...so I was thinking "maybe I can send down a package of frozen steaks directly to the villa rental office and pick them up when we get there"...I look at the Omaha Steak company's shipping charges and holy crap! :!: ....

Additional Charges
Expedited - Add $19.99
Overnight - Add $39.99
Saturday Overnight - Add $49.99
Alaska/Hawaii - Add $24.00
Canada - Add $24.00
Puerto Rico - Add $39.00
Virgin Islands - Add $125.00

Uh, maybe I'll take 'em along as carry on...

I found this old thread where Steve S and others pinpoint where the three main Cruz Bay grocery stores are....so I'll offer a belated thanks now...

We rent on vehicle on STT and shop there for most of our provisions before heading to STJ. We buy the basic stuff at the Food Center and then hit Marina Market for our meats/fish. We do wait until we get to STJ to buy our coffee and grill rubs at St John Spice, the best.

We have a MS Word document with a list of STT supermarkets and maps that others have found useful. Just send us a PM or and email and we'll email you the document.
