Can anyone share their experience with this villa? Also, does anyone know if it views Pond Bay Development? Thanks!

Hi Lovelybetbet,

As a matter of fact I just returned from Sundance a week ago, What specifically did you want to know. It does look out over Pond Bay, but it is not an eye sore, They barely even work. We thought the view was great, you see over to St Thomas as well as a little bit of Chocolate Hole & I believe it is Mary,s point.

The villa is very nice, not fancy, but in good shape with an awesome fridge/freezer, washer/dryer.

We found the pool area to be very very hot in the afternoon & not much shade on the upper deck either.

If there is anything specific let me know.

I am so glad to hear that you were just there! We heard the villa was older, but clean which is important. We are considering this villa for our November trip with our one year old. I was just worrying about the noise level from the construction. Would you return to this villa again? It doesn't show many pics of the livingroom area. Is there enough room for 4 adults to enjoy social time? Thanks for replying!

Oh' was this villa musty?

Hi,

There is no musty smell.

Would you be wanting to have the 1 year old in your
bedroom, there is a day bed, although I guess you would be wanting a crib?? Just thinking of my grandbaby's, as they were still in a crib at that age. So there would be room in the master bedroom on the main level.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the lower level, so that I am sure would not work to have the little one on a different level.

The livingroom dining room is a fair size, not large, but 4 adults would be comfortable for social time.

Yes, we would return again, it is only a 5-7 minute drive to cruz bay on all paved roads. The road to the villa off the main road is a little steep but then they all are on Island any way.

We had 6 Adults at the villa last week & we had plenty of room for all of us & the bedrooms were very private, we all felt like we had our own place.

There is a nice size top deck off the main floor bedroom with a 6 seater table & chairs, there is a small 2 seat table & chairs by the front door & another one the same size down by the 1 bedroom on the pool level.

Any Thing else you like to know, let me know.
