Ticker help

When I look at my ticker I only see a blank box with a red x in the corner. It is happening at home and here at work.
Is this what everyone else is seeing too?

I see tickers in all of the above posts. You all did good! Mine doesn't show on all computers for me, plus it's not right anyway. I can't try to change it or I won't have one at all. It took me hours, with help, to even get it to show up. :roll:
