High Tide? What is it, a 4 to 6 inch tide? I'd be more worried about him if he did this at the Bubbly Pool......
Now, let's see.. the black 3 on the 4 of hearts......

I read earlier that the police have checked on him...In California that would be called Public Drunk and he would be taken out of the sun and put in a nice cool cell. I hope it is just booze and the poor guy isn't really ill and no one realizes it. But since St. John Ruth checked on him - I trust her judgement.

Pretty soon he's going to have to pee. I hope he walks away from the viewing area first.

He probably won't pee because he's so dehydrated.
Now I'm worrying about this guy. He's been there so long, he could be dying

Seriously. It's quite disturbing, actually, especially watching it from afar. The guy must be in really bad shape - drunk, dehydrated, sunburned, bug bite covered, etc. I'd say that after this many hours of laying in the blazing sun, he needs some sort of medical attention.

And another thing, he's obviously not "passed out" because he moves around way too much. When you're passed out, you're dead to the world.

I've been gone for 4 hours and he's still there?!
Can you imagine the noseeums that are having a field day? I keep watching and just when I think someone is going over to check on him, they walk away. Maybe he's telling them to go away and let him sleep.
