For a massage I highly recommend Barb and Cary. We are in Coral Bay right now and they came on Fri.
Island Blues, Aqua Bistro and Shipwreck Landing are great for food. Island Blues has karaoke on Mon. if you dare.
We did a day sail on Scubadu last year to Jost Van Dyke and Foxy's. Capt. Joe Mellen was great. He cooked us lunch (Steak Caesar Salad) and it was a really fun day!
Happy Honeymoon! You'll love this island I'm sure!!

I would also recommend the Scubadu. You can book the catamaran just for the two of you! You can't get any more romantic then that! Captain Joe also offers dinner cruises as well. The website is www.sailvi.com.

Hi. We just came back from our son's wedding so I asked my new daughter-in-law this question to help you. We stayed way out on the east end. Past Vie's, past Sloop's. They had one villa; Dad, Mom, and our daughter had another. Her reply to the question was maybe next time we would be more centrally located. With everyone's luggage getting lost going back to Cruz Bay three days in a row was a bit much.

I was already to make reservations for Sweet Plantains for their wedding dinner because it had good reviews for fancy on the Coral Bay side. The local woman who owned my son's villa suggested the Equator at Caneel instead. So, I trusted her advice and made the res., then talked to her and she asked if I specifically said it would be a wedding party and if not, call back and let them know.

Now, I'm home and see people saying they weren't that happy with Equator at probably the same time we were there. We were more than happy with the appetizers, wine, meal, service...I don't think we could have asked for a nicer night. Maybe because I did make the call back and mention wedding party, but I don't really think so.

And then a few days later when we drove through Coral Bay and saw Sweet Plantains I did hesitate a bit. But still I wanted to go inside because I had heard what a nice setting it was. Walk in very politely, look around and ask if they were serving drinks. Oh,no we are not ready yet. I just thought they must be really short staffed, the bar right in front of us...you know there are alot of places to buy a drink.

Anyway, all I can say is we were happy to get the Equator recommendation. And it is funny, people could be at the same restaurant on the same night and probably walk out with different opinions. Maybe if you are a wedding party let them know.
