Shoes that can go from beach to hiking trail. I like Keens.

Bug spray.

You won't need very many clothes. (Not just because you'll be welcoming your guy back from Iraq!) It's very laid back and you'll probably put on a swim suit first thing each day and stay in it until you shower for dinner.

X's list is perfect, except I would replace bandaids with a Rash Guard. I wear mine every day while hiking or snorkeling. Would not leave home without one. A vacation sunburn is not a happy thing!

I go to the packing list mia pointed to every time I go!

Seriously, if you bring your bathing suits then you are ready to go!

Good luck, have fun.

We are excited about going in 34 days and a wake-up. I can't imagine the excitement and anticipation you are experiencing. It will be everything you are expecting and more.

Perhaps I'll run into Eric in the Atlanta airport on his way home.

Relax and enjoy it.
