Great Expectations is 1/3 off? Is this for all trips for everybody?

I have been all through here. What a good place! Has 4 bedrooms in the main house, plus a 5th off to the side a bit, and the owner's place makes 6. All beautiful, of course.

I think it is for sale right now. That's probably why it is such a bargain for rentals.

If I wasn't planning on a small group for the next trip I would try to get it. Oh well.
