Six bedroom villa

I always travel with a large group (6-10 people) and we don't do the kitty. What happens is different people just takes turns paying at our Starfish runs. I pay for the Mixology pre-order. Two of us put the jeeps on our credit cards. All the receipts get put together and the last morning I do "The great reckoning" and let everyone know what they owe. This always works well for us. I do let everyone know ahead time (via my "Julie the Cruise Director" emails) what the approximate cost will be (i.e., @$110 per person for the jeep, @$100 per person for the booze/food at the villa, etc.).

Being the lead on these group trips is a bit a work, but we always have such a great time!
