Birthday

Post by sea-nile »

I hope everyone had a nice Christmas. I was in Indiana, jealous of all of you having Christmas in the USVI. I was with my family of aunts, uncles and cousins, sisters, parents, etc. and I had a lot of them talked into a STJ vacation. Of course that was after a LOT of wine. Our group would be from 12-39 depending on who went. That would be so much fun!
Today is actually my Birthday. I'm partied out, but I guess we'll go out tonight too. :D

Happy birthday Sea-Nile. You have to take one for the team and go out tonight. What would your body do if it wasn't hung over the day after your birthday It would think H#ll had frozen over.
Have a great birth day

Happy Birthday, Sea-nile! I'll have a glass of wine to toast your special day. :D

I'm jealous of all the vacationing usvi-ers too. Each box I opened I thought could be plane tickets. After all, John and I both have this week off from work. But, no. Boring, regular stuff like (sigh) clothes.

The good news for me is that we are working on the 2007 trip on this vacation week. I hope to have dates and villas for anyone who wants to meet up and will be there in May/June 2007 by the end of the week.

Thanks everyone for the Birthday wishes.

I had key lime martinis and had a dinner by the lake. I squinted my eyes and tried to pretend I was on STJ as I looked out at the brown water. I received a blue topaz ring (my birthstone) and it is the color of the Caribbean sea, so it was a pretty good Birthday! :D

Sounds like you had a really nice b-day! My birthstone is also Topaz. Isn't it just the BEST?

I hope you enjoyed your birthday! If you want to get a good turnout for a big group give them two years to plan/save. We were only missing four people from our summer family beach vacation group due to college schedules.

Cheers, RickG
