Yeah, I've kind of gotten hooked on this whole forum thing, plus it seems like a good way to get exposure.
We are doing well, although a little slower than last year. With the economy, it seems like people are tightening up their belts a bit, so we've introduced a bunch of new catering services like family-style drop-offs, informal chef services, and grill packs (sides & Sauces with your protein ready to be finished).
I just posted a recipe for grilled tuna on this forum this weekend to someone who was asking, and I think I may even start a blog soon with a weekly recipe and video tips. We'll see...
