The site says its a 4BR and the special rate is $950 a week thru 10/15. $1700 for two weeks. Wonder if they are still renovating? Maybe they have added the extra bedroom...but they should update the site. Just my 2 cents!

This is where we're staying in November, so I can answer your questions.

Yes, it is the house next to Sloop Jones'.

The owners have two properties on STJ. Both have been recently renovated. The one that is $950 until October is not finished yet (that is a super-cheap rate if you can deal with contractors during the day), and I do believe it is now the 4-bedroom. This one was four, but is now five. I know they are updating their site as quickly as they are updating the houses. Island time, you know.

I thought we were getting a great deal in November. I'm about ready to see if everyone wants to move our trip.
