Another Danish soldier has been killed

I know that you go through the same a lot of times, so I just want to share my rage and frustration
with you. I have just seen in TV that another Danish soldier has been killed today in Afghanistan and one is wounded. Just before Easter we lost two soldiers. The one today was in a fight with Talaban in the dangerous Helmand province, and a suicide bomb killed the two, when they were helping people with the reconstruction of their town. Isn't it just unjust! I'm not against that Denmark participates in the war, but its difficult to cope when soldiers are killed in a country, they try to help.

I know how you feel. They are giving all they have to try and make all of us safer. I have to many in harms way right now that I've trained that are like sons and daughters to me. The courage that these young people show is over the top. I thank your country and the familes for all they have done. My prayers are with all of them.

So very sad. Reminds me of the humanitarian mission that ended so badly in Somalia. It is hard to understand the culture of death when we in the West love life.

Thank God for all our fine young people who go into military service voluntarily.

And thank you to the people of Denmark for their sacrifice.
