Villa for 4 nights??

Post by SuefromMA »

Hi, again!

Does anyone know of any villa rental agencies and/or villas that will rent for the period of only 4 nights in "off season".

Beginning, April 25th of 2009, we are hoping to spend our first 3 nights on Virgin Gorda - then the next 4 nights (beginning on 4/28) on St. John.

We are hoping to find a villa with a private pool (also, a garden shower would be nice). But, pool is more important.

We loved Aria - but, that rents at a 7 night minimum. I also noticed another villa rental agency that has a 5 night minimum - I think that that was privatehomesvi.com.

So, I thought that I would put a "shout out" in case anyone else has had the same scenario.

We will always have Estate Lindholm as a back up. But, would really like to get a villa, if possible.

Thanks!
Sue

Check with Star Villas (starvillas.org). They have one 2BR villa with a private pool and I think you can rent less than 7 nights.

villa suggestion

We're renting a brand-new home called Island Horizons this May for 5 nights. It is rented by Private Homes for Private Vacations, and in all my research, I've found this is one of the few companies that offers the 5-night minimum with no extra "short-stay" or "cleaning" fees. The agency reps have been very helpful and responsive so far in answering questions. I will post a report on the place after our trip.

Thought you might like the info, in case you could extend to 5 nights on St. John....

Coconut Hill Cottage was my another accommodation I was considering for a May 2008 trip, and it lists by owner on a per-night basis. I don't believe there is a minimum number of nights required, but I'm not positive. Sue, the owner, was very responsive and nice in my correspondence with her, so you could e-mail her and ask about the 4-night possibility.

Good luck!

We just stayed at Luna Vista for 4 nights during high season. I recommend it highly: www.mylunavista.com

It doesn't hurt to ask about the 4 nights instead of 5 night stay. Private Homes is small so they might work with you.
