Cruz Views/ Battery Hill condos on STJ

Post by amurphy08 »

We are taking a very last minute trip to STJ the first week of April. Trying to find reviews .These two places have availability but I am wondering if they are close to any construction going on in the Cruz Bay area?
Any info would be appreciated, I have to make reservations today.

Sorry if this has been asked but I did a search and couldn't find anything. Who knows if I was doing the search correctly.

Thank you,
Amy

Wow ... a last minute trip ... I wish I could go too!!!

We stayed at Cruz Views (unit 1) in November. It was our third time. We like the convenience to everything and the price. The construction -from that big monster project - was not a bother. We heard a few trucks in the morning, but not anything loud enough to wake you up. The units are clean but not fancy.

If you have any other questions - ask away.

Have a great trip,
Pam

Thanks so much for the info. I was hoping the construction & noise would not be too bad. They are offering a great deal for last minute bookings. I think Unit 10 is what we are hopefully going to book.
I have been to STJ but the other 2 I'm traveling with have not...

Where exactly are they located say in relation to Gallow's Point?

Thanks again!

Amy,
The location is close to town ... but up the hill (past the old texico station) on centerline. Then the last part is up a very steep hill. We did walk to town once, but the walk back is a killer.

Unit 10 is nice. It's past the pool, so you would have more privacy.

Hope this helps.

Go for it ya can't beat there last minute deals. Been there three times and the noise wasn't that big of a deal although we are only there first thing in the morning when they first start. Ten is really supposed to be nice.

I have stayed in Unit #10 2 times (returned from Unit 7 the beginning of March). There is some construction noise but it wasn't too bad. Unit 10 is a great unit - refurbished and very nice. Have an amazing trip! Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.
