concordia restaurant?

Post by onthelake »

Well after many changes with our friends - some wanted Bahamas and then Key West. They are all undecided, so we are looking at going back to
St. John .... Wooopie 8)

So possibly the Concordia Studios and Cruz Views (to keep expenses down).

Has anyone been to the restaurant at Concordia lately? How are they doing ?
We loved the view and the drinks we had there in December.

And what is going on with the airfare from the northeast this year?

Thanks - Can you tell that I'm excited to be 'talking' about going back.

I'll be checking out Concordia next week. They had a chef change and the new guy Shane Casto is looking pretty focused on healthy earth-friendly cuisine. Check out there blog: http://estateconcordiapreserve.blogspot.com/

Hey Rick,

We met Shane when we were there in December. He was very nice and all the food looked good. We had already eaten so were just there for drinks and then never made it back to try the food. They have a different menu every day.

Looking forward to your review of the place.
Have a great trip.
