Short-term car rental

We only need to rent a car for a couple of days on STJ. Seems most agencies want a week. Has anyone had success with showing up at the office and requesting a car for a few days? Thank you.

It really depends on what time of year. If it is a busy time, the chances are very small since they will most likely not have any cars.

Where are you staying? You may need a car for the entire time depending on where you are staying.

Hi,

We've done short term rentals in November. The first time we didn't make a reservation. At the 3rd agency, we finally found a vehicle but it wasn't available until the next day. After that, we at least made a reservation for the days we wanted the car.
