I just read on Frank Barnako's site that Deli Grotto is up for sale again........has Sheffy decided to leave island he and Amy?
Or just moving on to something else?

It would be a shame if Deli Grotto ceased to exist. I think every forumite has enjoyed a delicious sandwich or my favorite a "jumbie bar" at the grotto. Let's hope someone picks up and carries on with minimal changes.

When Sheffy had Grateful Deli over in Red Hook a few yrs back, when the new owner got it he did not make that many changes at first.........
I love Sheffy and Amy and I love the way he does business he is a really cool dude with amazing taste in music............

Oh I sure hope they don't close, we love there sandwich's for lunch........
