One other thing I thought of that I have columns for in my villa list: I break down the price per couple for one, two, or three couples (friends come with us sometimes) since the pricing structure varies so much (sometimes priced 1-2 people, sometimes 1-4, etc). It really helps when comparing prices, because a villa might seem like a bargain for 3 couples but not for only 2 or 1, etc.

What you have there lulu is a great start.

I also have driveway/parking. A column for a link to the website. Management agency. And breakdown of costs (per bedroom or per couple however you prefer).
And a notes field, which is basically the "what I love or what makes me hesitate about the house" field.

This is also a biggie for us. Since we live in hicksville, 4 wheeling isolation and winding dirt roads thru the woods/mountain are everyday life and not something I want to spend too much time doing on vacation.

I live in a small town but work, friends and especially family take me into the "wilds".

I don't know if anyone else mentioned it but equal masters? is useful if your group is concerned about that type of thing. (ours is)
