Hey, we've been there a couple of times for drinks. It's a very nice location for lunch, dinner or drinks. It is associated with Estate Concordia. They really haven't updated the web site with information on the cafe/dining pavillion. There's a good bit more on their blog at http://estateconcordiapreserve.blogspot.com .
Mon Phon was the chef when we last went there. He was a lot of fun and very interested in adding some interesting spice. He's moved on and Shane Casto now wears the chef's toque. The blog said that he is big on organic food and features Josephines greens.
If Jennifer "Nif" is still the manager there then say hi. She's a lot of fun. Ask her about Ralph's slave rebellion at Maho Bay in 2005. There's a poem Ralph wrote about volunteering at Maho Bay for a month in our trip report from that time:

It's a great spot for a drink at the end of the day. The setting sun illuminates the south shor from Rams Head to the headland between Europa and Reef Bays. Beautiful.
We haven't eaten there as its the start for our ALL CORAL BAY pub crawl. But, perhaps we would finish the pub crawl in better shape if we did. I'll likely take my girls there in March and can report more.
Cheers, RickG

Here's another pic of the dinning area.If the food is anything like Maho Camps,I think you will like it.The prices seemed reasonable too! To get there head out toward Salt Pond Bay,there should be signs posted for Concordia.Remember,at Concordia you are overlooking Salt Pond and Drunk Bay so if you go to Salt Pond you went to far.Oh by the way,Maho served a nice dinner and a showed a free movie after, maybe Concordia will do the same!Parafins
