I can't seem to find any information about this villa. When you go to the website it only shows pictures: no availability calendar or amenties. Does it have a/c, pool, etc? Anyone..... :?: :?:

Its new, so the website info may not be complete---suggest you call Caribbean Villas.

Hi there! I can answer the questions as I am the owner. The house is managed by St. john ultimate villas but it isn't up on there site yet. It is on carribean villa site. It is brand new. Has three bedroom suites- all ac- all with their own bath and inside/outside stone shower- the master bathroom is a little bigger. It has flat screens in all the bedrooms and in the main area- it also has two half baths- one in the main house and one on the pool deck. THe pool deck also has a bar with a flatscreen. I know I'm biased- but it is beautiful!!!

eehman,

mighty fine villa. would definitely be interested when we travel with another couple, too pricy (& big for 2 of us). from cv web site pics, she appears to be in virgin grande est so is the only access from entrance to dev from gifft hill rd? bride and i and occasional traveling companions are "early" soc sec age so what's on what level is very imp to us. hope the final posting will be plain on what's where and perhaps a floor plan. still looking for the ideal villa with all on one level, full ac, sunset views with covered porch or gazebo and convenient location.

look forward to more details.

Yes- right now that is the entrance- there is a gate from the bottom of the westin property (we actually walk down there and grab cabs sometimes)- but they keep that locked. I will suggest that the floorplan be listed on the st. john ultimate villa site- our house is actually a few levels- the first has the pool deck, pool bar, and a half bath, the second level has two bedroom suites and the main room (which has kitchen, family room, half bath, and a covered veranda- and a back stone patio. All of the bedroom suites also have covered private verandas. The top level is just one bedroom suite. When the house goes on the site at st. john ultimate villas there will be a virtual tour. Thanks again for the suggestion about the floorplan.

Kudos on the half bath by the pool. That is missed by too many villa builders.

thanks for the additional info. i'll look forward to seeing more info on the web site. if you had raised the pool deck and the pool depth by about 12 feet you could have had two masters and great room on one level - to me the ideal layout (but no one wants a pool that deep).
