Polar Bear Cooler Question

Just got my new Polar Bear Cooler today and I was wondering what was best to use dry ice or blue ice?

I have seen people recommend Techni-ice before. I have seen it on E-bay for pretty reasonable prices. I am going to try it out this year. Good luck!
