we own one- a 3 bedroom villa- two on the same level as kitchen etc- brand new- finished in october- managed by st. john ultimate villas. It is in virgin grand estates directly above great cruz bay.

We are staying here this year and we are bringing my mother in law. Two bedrooms are on the same level as the pool and kitchen. We've never stayed there but I read a good review of this villa on this board.
