Panin beach/ Duffy's love shack

I know both these places have closed but what has replaced them? Are they open yet? How are they? What are they? The building Duffy's was in was under construction when I was there last January and Panini Beach closed this past August but is the new place open yet?

I think that Duffy's is just waiting for a few forumites to open their wallets and open the MILF Bar. (which sadly, will not hire me, since I am not a mom) :lol:

No, still under construction although we didn't see anyone working there all last week...! Same goes with the roundabout by the old Texaco station...
