That poor cat was so rough and a bit beat up looking but it sure was a love. We had such a great time with it that we were disappointed if we didn't see it right away. It made being homesick for my own pets easier.

My hubby commented on how beat up he looked. That poor nose has been boxed more than once! However, he appears to have emerged the winner as he's the one hanging around! :D

Hey Barb Y I know that cat! I lovingly named him Dickhead :D cause he has a mind of his own and always seemed to be getting in the way. We really do love the guy though. Don't feel too bad for him, I think he works his charms pretty well to the Cruz View guests he has plenty of meat on him. We've taken him in all three times we've stayed there. Have to stop by on our trip in May and bringem a little treat.

Actually, Mr. Dickhead looks familiar. I remember a guy like that helping me grill Wahoo one night at Cruz Views. He was polite, yet intensely interested.

It makes me very happy to see all of you being so nice to cats while on vacation.
That means that I am not a crazy cat woman, and alone to permitt them in to the villa

Just alittle info for you - if you see a kittie that has a small "nick" in one of his/her ears it means they have been caught, "fixed" and released :)

The ACC does handle the Bush Cat Snack Shacks, Vie has one by her place. She is very happy to donate her time. Evidently she feeds them in the morning, then they are hungry at night and go after rats/mice.

We're cat people; so we were very happy to have a resident cat at Anole a few years ago. We took such good care of her she brought a friend with her the next day. We named the white one Snowflake and the black one Al. Here they are:

They're so cute Jorge! Junior is like my Mom's... a huge orange Tabby. Here's a pic of her with "Tabby", he's a big ole lazy Teddy Bear

JORGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (do I have your attention? ) I LOVE your cats, they are tooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet!!!!!

WHEN can I come up to see them??????? Do you need a cat sitter??????? Mike & I had one that was 19lbs and he was very agile just like your tabby. I'm serious, I am such a cataholic that this is driving me crazy. How many do you have? I love the 6 toes, fell in love with them at Heminway's House. How did you get him???? Email if you want.

DAVE-A-RONI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Junior is amazing!!! Do you have any other pics of him????????????

Mike & I are down to one cat, a very old & feeble tiger. This is a TERRIBLE pic, but Charlie (whom we had to put down last July   ) and Ben. Ben is 18 years old and FEEBLE!

Disturbing cat fethish? They are carnivores and humans are meat animals.

This dangerous subject not only stalked us, he actively taunted us, as we wondered around the thousand year old city of Cesky Krumlov in the freezing rain trying to find our hotel while sober. He could smell our weakness, the sour smell of sobriety, like a signal that it was time to cut us from the herd. Just in time we nicked into a pub for a Czech lager and some absinthe; thus ennobled, our hotel appeared like an effect from a bad Harry Potter movie.

A few more moments and we could have been just two more hash marks on the scratching post.

Notice the razor sharp claws and shark-like coloration.
