Maryanne wrote that today...Ruth sent me an email about it....
Maryanne has been trying to write in the sand for a few days and she was able to do so today.
It says: Hi Marcia (with a little bit of sunshine, too)

I feel so special.
Dang, it looks like it was a beautiful day in STJ today. Much better than the sub zero temps here in Wisconsin with so much snow we don't know what to do with it all.

<<Oh>>>
Marcia wanted some happy sand sentiment to break through the Wisconsin winter blues...
Back in MA myself now. It's not too bad, though. Yesterday in Cruz Bay the sticky heat actually felt too oppressive, if it makes you feel any better...

Miss Maryanne, to feel a little oppressive heat right now would be a welcome relief.
Thank you for the sunshine and "sandscrit." It was almost like being there.
in April/May, I'll return the favor.
