Thanks for the long report, I loved it. Got caught up with you going from one beach to another, lots of places I've not seen yet. Congrats on the anniversary, what a way to celebrate!

Hi TeddySalad---I'm reading your trip just now for the first time. Anyway, very well written. I was very amused by several parts---the yachts without helicopters, the drug "drop," the $7.00 tap water, to name a few. Thanks much, if you're still reading.

Wonderful trip report and happy belated Anniversary :)

I love your avatar btw - I assume your "baby" is an Australian Shepherd ??? We have 2 mini Aussies here on STJ and they hike the Brown Bay Trail everyday except Wednesday and Saturday (then they have to put up with being walked on the roads by Maho :) ) sorry you missed them - next visit you'll have to go to BB another day

Thanks Iowaguy, glad you enjoyed the Longest Trip Report in History. Has the ice in your driveway melted yet? :)

I used your post as an excuse to take liamsaunt's advice and go back and make my pictures bigger.

Also, I just found out that Stone Terrace gave us a credit for $7! That must have been for the tap water, but we have no idea how they found out it was us. Believe it or not, Teddy Salad is not my real name, not even close. The only thing we can figure out is that somebody who works there is a forumite or knows someone who is (Ruth?) and painstakingly went through all the dinners that night and figured it was us. Quite amazing that they took the trouble to do that more than a month after we ate there. I might mention that on a separate post.

Pia, sorry we missed you and your dogs. Ours is an Aussie/Collie mix we got at a shelter.

We also have 3 cats, hmmm... maybe we should do a pets picture posting on the OT forum?

Ksea, glad you liked the report.

Wow---That is quite the mystery on the $7.00 Stone Terrace credit, and very honorable of them.

I am a little disappointed to hear that "Teddy Salad" is not your actual name---its very distinctive.
