Blender Bottles - who knew??
Blender Bottles - who knew??
Has anyone seen or used these things yet? I received a set of 4 as a holiday gift and admit I was kind of disinterested but decided to finally try them out. Found that they make a heck of a smoothie without any power. Hmmmmmmmm - it's not much of a stretch from a smoothie to a blended drink and it would be great to make a blended drink on the beach without a real blender and drink it in the cup it was made. YES!!
OK, I'm packing these for sure - the ice is a bit tricky unless you have pre-crushed - I didn't, so added it after the blend - I think I can tough that out -
These are definitely coming along to the beaches that do not have refreshment stands. They might also have value for folks that are camping.

Mine are the 28 oz size and were purchased as a set of 4 through HSN.

WOW, I thought I was the only "veteran" who could remember growing up in a simpler time. Then again, I had a crewcut with some kind of wax on it to make it stand up. I remember the smell of that wax akk too well. A least the barber gave out bubble gum.sailorgirl wrote:I had something like that when I was a kid. It was in the shape of Bozo the Clown and put out by Bosco, if anyone remembers them. We made chocolate milkshakes with them with the Bosco syrup and milk. But agin I date myself
No, but I have used these. They are disposable. They are pretty cool and you can toss them once you're too drunk to wash anything.
